Winter Reflection Exercise: This journaling exercise will help you tune into your self awareness and bring out the mirror on our emotions, beliefs and ever-changing state of mind to help guide us in the direction we need to go and evolve to. It’s taking a macro view over all of the micro things in our life the past year. When we get stuck on all of the tiny details, we miss the big picture. So now is your chance to paint the big picture!
